Ricky Tyler

Ricky Tyler oversees the investment banking practice at PACE with a focus on fund raising, M&A, and venture development. With strong global experience working with international organisations specifically in finance & real estate, Ricky has worked across multiple geographies including India, the Philippines, China, US, UK, Australia & New Zealand. Prior to PACE, Ricky worked for ANZ Bank to expand their Global Hubs Operating Business across India, China, Australia and the Philippines.

Sudeep Aditya

Sudeep Aditya brings proven expertise in venture building and scale-ups from optimizing operations, developing cross-border transactions, mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and venture investing. Sudeep founded and oversees Esswon Holdings, an investment banking & venture development firm with transactions in AgriTech, Banking Software and Consumer Tech. Sudeep co-founded Eurozet (Zetwerk Europe) in 2021. The venture is currently expanding Zetwerk'sofferings into Germany and Italy.
