Prior to founding Pace Energy, Sudeep was CEO of Eurozet, a joint venture focused on expanding Zetwerk—a $3B unicorn—into Europe. There, he successfully led go-to-market strategy and international expansion, establishing critical operations in new territories.

With a strong background in global operations, business development, and client strategy, Ricky plays a key role in driving Pace Energy’s mission to accelerate the transition to renewable energy in the region.

Before co-founding Pace Energy, Ricky held senior leadership roles at ANZ Bank, where he led workforce strategy and regional expansion across India, China, and the Philippines. Ricky has worked with State Street, Northern Trust, Swiss RE and Merceedes-Benz R&D.
