Sudeep Aditya is the Founding Partner of Pace Energy, where he leads the firm’s strategic direction, operations, and growth initiatives across all key markets.
Under his leadership, Pace Energy is positioned at the forefront of the renewable energy transition, delivering innovative infrastructure solutions to institutional investors and corporate clients.
Sudeep brings a diverse background spanning energy, technology, and investment, offering a rare blend of entrepreneurial vision and executional depth.
Prior to founding Pace Energy, Sudeep was the Co-founder of Oakridge Asset Partners, where he advised on capital raising for major infrastructure assets. Notably, he advised on the successful $80 Million USD capital raise for Vega City Mall, a landmark retail asset in Bangalore, which was later acquired by Blackstone for over $110 Million USD.
Sudeep also served as the CEO of Eurozet, a joint venture established to drive the European expansion of Zetwerk, a $3 billion global manufacturing Unicorn.
He led the go-to-market strategy and international growth, launching operations and building partnerships across key European markets.
