Sudeep brings a diverse background spanning energy, technology, and investment, offering a rare blend of entrepreneurial vision and executional depth.

 

Prior to founding Pace Energy, Sudeep was the Co-founder of Oakridge Asset Partners, where he advised on capital raising for major infrastructure assets. Notably, he advised on the successful $80 Million USD capital raise for Vega City Mall, a landmark retail asset in Bangalore, which was later acquired by Blackstone for over $110 Million USD.

Sudeep also served as the CEO of Eurozet, a joint venture established to drive the European expansion of Zetwerk, a $3 billion global manufacturing Unicorn.

 

He led the go-to-market strategy and international growth, launching operations and building partnerships across key European markets.

Ricky Tyler is the Founding Partner of Pace Energy, where he leads the company’s strategic growth, partnerships, and market expansion across Asia. ​.

 

At Pace Energy, he focuses on building trusted partnerships with institutional investors, IPPs, and large energy consumers while expanding the firm’s presence across India and Southeast Asia.

Prior to founding Pace Energy, Ricky co-founded Oakridge Asset Partners, where he advised on capital raising for large-scale infrastructure assets.

 

Notably, he played a key role in raising 80 Million USD in capital for Vega City Mall, a landmark retail development in Bangalore. The mall was subsequently acquired by Blackstone for over 110 Million USD.

Earlier in his career, Ricky held senior leadership roles at ANZ Bank, where he led regional expansion and workforce strategy across India, China, and the Philippines.

 

He has also worked with global firms including State Street, Northern Trust, Swiss Re, and Mercedes-Benz R&D, gaining deep expertise in managing complex operations and delivering client-centric solutions.
